Beef Pricing
We will sell a beef whole, half or quarter. All orders require a non-refundable deposit of $200 per quarter.  Approximately $200 more per quarter is due when the beef is slaughtered and we know the exact hanging weight.  Cash, Visa, or  Mastercard are accepted.  No checks please.  We charge our customers based on the hanging weight of the beef.  Our beef costs $2.00 per lb of hanging weight.  Butchering fees (slaughter and cut and wrap) are not included at this price and are due when you pick up your beef.

Arranging a Butcher
After the deposit for the beef is received we will schedule the butcher for your beef.  When the butcher is ready to cut and wrap he/she will call you for instructions.  There is a standard list of questions to answer and you may ask questions if you're unfamiliar with the process.  You may pick up your beef about 3 weeks after the slaughter date.  Please confirm your pick up date with the butcher when you give your cut and wrap instructions
